1. Acceptance of US Terms

Welcome to iTech Global USA. These Terms of Service apply specifically to users accessing our services from within the United States.

By accessing or using our US portal, you agree to be bound by these US-specific Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use immediately.

4. Class Action Waiver

WHERE PERMITTED UNDER US LAW, YOU AND ITECH GLOBAL AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

5. Governing Law and Arbitration (United States)

These US Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in New York, NY.
