1. Acceptance of Pakistan Terms
Welcome to iTech Global Pakistan. These Terms of Service apply to users accessing our localized services within the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these terms, which are tailored to Pakistani market practices and legal frameworks.
2. Legal Compliance and Cybercrimes Act
You must use our platform in strict compliance with the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016.
Any unauthorized access, data scraping, or misuse of our digital infrastructure within Pakistan will be reported to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cybercrime Wing.
3. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
All services offered via the Pakistan portal are priced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including Provincial Sales Tax on Services (e.g., PRA, SRB) and Withholding Tax, which will be charged as per the guidelines of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and provincial authorities.
4. Local Service Delivery and Force Majeure
iTech Global operates locally out of Lahore and Karachi to deliver services. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, civil unrest, or governmental restrictions in Pakistan.
5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Punjab.
