UAE Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of UAE Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the iTech Global UAE platform. By accessing our services in the United Arab Emirates, you accept these localized Terms in full.

If you are utilizing our services on behalf of a registered UAE company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Compliance with UAE Federal Law

You agree to comply with all applicable Federal Laws of the UAE and the local laws of the respective Emirates.

This includes strict adherence to the UAE Cybercrime Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021) and regulations mandated by the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).

3. Commercial Services and Payments

All commercial transactions and digital agency services provided through the UAE portal are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.

Payments and electronic invoicing comply with the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements for Value Added Tax (VAT).

4. Limitation of Liability in the UAE

iTech Global's liability for any damages arising out of these Terms in the UAE shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law.

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, under the UAE Civil Transactions Law.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (UAE)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai (excluding the DIFC Courts unless explicitly agreed otherwise).
